Property has been my life. Having started my career at the age of 18, at a boutique commercial property sales agency, with my focus being on the sale of industrial property, I went on to start a property management business that managed +200 residential units on behalf of private developers, investors and families. This naturally led me to start a private property investment fund where myself and partners own and manage a small portfolio of residential rental units. This course has provided me with an opportunity to share what I have learnt with the hope that many can benefit and rent with less challenges and anxiety. Within the past decade, I have been a Tenant, an Agent, an Investor and a Landlord. In this course, I lay out, in plain, simple and casual language - everything you need to know about renting property in South Africa.
